I was thinking of traveling from the US to Tuscano in June. Is this a good time for wind? I couldn't find any information about seasonal wind averages in this area. Thanks for any help or suggestions! Ciao, Bonzo

Yes, it is a really nice site where you can found the description of any spots here in Italy, if you are interested to the translation of some particular spot description let us now, we will try to translate.
And of course ... There's always ready the lunch board .
Ciao

Magellano, thanks for the fast response! I wasn't interested in anything special, anything over 15 knots would work for me. I will bookmark this web site, I don't think I would have found it on my own. Even if there isn't any wind I suppose eating is always in season... Thanks again. Jeff

Hy Jeff,
during summer in italy there are not big winds, especially in the middle like
Toscana and Lazio, in any case temperature in Italy are really hot already from May so
it is always a good Idea to look for termic spots like Talamone.
It is in the south of Toscana, about 200Km at north of Rome.
From about 1 p.m. really often you can found there about 18 knots
and depending on the day may be less or may be more up to about 30 knots.
The spot is really simple and safe.
You are interested on some special spot, for example wave spots ??
Following there are other spots in Toscana but I've not tested them.
